Jessica Rotem, LCSW-C, (she/her), has worked with families, young children, and adults for nearly ten years and centers her work on the tenets of anti-oppressive trauma-informed practices, the neuroscience of connection, and attachment research. Prior to her work with In the Streets, Jessica served as the Training Coordinator and a psychotherapist at The Lourie Center for Children's Social and Emotional Wellness. Jessica has been trained in psychodynamic treatment approaches, trauma-informed early childhood intervention, play therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, art therapy techniques, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and a seasoned Circle of Security Parent Training facilitator. Jessica embodies dedication to fostering healthy familial bonds and can skillfully hold the complex interplay of past experiences, relational patterns, and psychological functioning.
